# Are you GDPR compliant?

We follow all strict General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR) measures, and are compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

All of our solutions and processes are based on the capture of informed consent, following GDPR processes around the collection, transit and storage of personal data. We receive information regarding persons in the European Union about their behaviour as it occurs in the European Union, and upon request will supply and permanently remove all records.

Basically, we respect people’s privacy and the law.

We are grateful that there are people willing to participate in our research.

We take custodianship of this data very seriously.

We don’t sell your personal data to any other party.
